This residence is located in Benodet, a town situated at the mouth of the Odet River just 3.5 kilometres from Groasguen beach.

The residential complex sits on Odet's 18-hole golf course, and just a few kilometres from the centre of town. It is an ideal location for discovering the surrounding area. Guests receive green fee reductions compliments of the residence.

The apartments, divided among a main building and smaller buildings, range from studio to 4-bedroom apartments. Some apartments are duplex and offer a terrace with garden furniture. All apartments are equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric hotplate).

Guests will also enjoy the outdoor heated swimming pool (open from June to September), a fitness centre and sauna, free tennis (50 metres from the residence), a bowling alley, children's playground and a free outdoor car park.

• You may check in from 17:00 hours until 20:00 hours.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per stay for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
