The Residence Amarine is located in Capbreton, the oldest and most important port of the Landes region. It is now a dynamic seaside resort 25 kilometres from Bayonne and Biarritz.
Amarine is situated 1.5 kilometres from the beautiful area beaches. It is composed of several 2-storey buildings scattered among pine trees in a beautifully landscaped park.
The apartments range from studio, 2-room and duplex apartments for up to 6 people. All of them are spacious and equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric hotplate).
Guests will certainly enjoy the outdoor swimming pool (open from mid-May to the end of September), table tennis, a billiard table, bowling alley, launderette (with charge) and free outdoor car park.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable.
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per stay for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Security deposit: A EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out following a room inventory. City tax is payable at the residence.
