Rochebrune, Orcières

In the heart of the ski resort, the residence Rochebrune offers skin-in ski-out accommodation, an outdoor heated swimming pool and free guided hikes.

Orcières, a resort in the Champsaur Valley in the Hautes Alpes, is just opposite the Ecrins National Park.

The residence features fully furnished, ready-to-live-in studio, 2-room and 3-room apartments. They are equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (dish-washer, oven/grill and hotplate). They also offer optional hotel services including bed and bathroom linen and cleaning service.

For added comfort, laundry, at an additional cost and free limited parking are available at the residence Rochebrune. The residence also has a lounge/bar, restaurant and is near shops and other facilities.

In July and August, guests benefit from free access to the nearby sport centre with a swimming pool and a skating rink.

• You may check in from 17:00 hours until 20:00 hours.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Deposit

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per stay for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
