Les Villas Du Lac, Soustons Plage

Ideally situated in Port d'Albret seaside resort Les Villas Du Lac offers a range of apartments and small houses spread around the outdoor swimming pool in a verdant 5-hectar domain.

The apartments and houses present fully furnished, ready-to-live-in accommodation, complete with optional hotel services including bed and bathroom linen and cleaning service.

Set 500 metres from the marine lake, Les Villas Du Lac features an outdoor swimming pool open from mid-May until the end of September, volleyball and tennis courts, entertainment in July and August, a children's club and a mini golf.

The bar and restaurant are set in the heart of the complex. They serve traditional French fare and food-to-go is available upon request.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 25.00 per stay in a baby cot. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
