Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable.

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 3 to 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Reservations for a stay of 2 stay and more: A deposit corresponding to 25% of the total amount of the stay will be charged by the hotel to the credit card, at the time of the reservation. This deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. Opening hours of the reception: Monday through Friday from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. Saturdays from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00. Sundays from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. In case of arrival out of these hours, please contact the hotel in advance. For Studios and Apartments: Arrivals on Saturdays from 16:00 / Departures on Saturdays before 10:00. A security deposit of EUR 200 per apartment must be paid on arrival. It is refundable upon departure after inventory.
