This is a new luxurious high-rise lake resort that offers service to all the major parks, breathtaking views of Disney's World-famous Fireworks, watersport activities, heated pools and great service.
Each unit can sleep from 6 to 8. Every unit has a bedroom with bath, kitchen, living & dining room, bunk beds, sofa-sleeper, a second full bath & a balcony overlooking Lake Bryan.

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

The Service Charge is the mandatory resort fee that is to be paid to the hotel which will include internet, parking, and scheduled shuttle service to parks and the mall. Each unit features a spacious balcony overlooking beautiful Lake Bryan and the swimming pool areas. Kitchens are fully stocked with all the glassware and appliances you need for whatever you feel like whipping up for the family. There is a full-service supermarket next door to stock the full-sized fridge. Each unit also comes equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience and all Master Bathrooms contain jetted tubs.
One Bedroom units can sleep a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. With a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 bunk beds, fold-out sleeper sofa, and two full baths, you can bring the family and a friend or two to enjoy this spacious floor plan.
2 Bedroom units can sleep a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. A second bedroom contains an additional 2 single beds. The Deluxe units have an additional front balcony in the master bedroom overlooking Walt Disney World. The Sunrise units feature a wider floor plan and the master bedroom offers a balcony view of Lake Bryan.
