La Villa D'Anaïte offers luxurious studios and 2-bedroom apartments, furnished and equipped with modern en suite facilities. The apartments on the ground floor benefit from a terrace and the apartments on the first floor all have sunny terraces.
All apartments are equipped with a kitchen with a fridge, ceramic hobs, microwave and dishwasher.
Free parking is provided, making La Villa D'Anaïte the ideal base to explore everything the Côte d'Azur has to offer. The area mixes tradition with nautical, historical and cultural past times, festivals and nightlife.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Payment is due upon arrival, not at the time of departure. The reception is open for arrivals on Saturdays from 17:00. The departure time is prior to 10:00 on Saturdays. Not included : Final cleaning to be done by the guest or upon request at an extra cost (depending on the apartment size). Arrivals and departures only allowed on Saturdays during High season : 13 June 2009 to 31 August 2009.
