Our hotel opened in 1988 and is located in the centre of Karlsruhe, only 300 meters from the pedestrian zone. In 2003 our hotel was externally completely renovated. Of course, we continually try to improve our rooms and apartments.
Our concept "Hotel und Wohnen" combines the traditional hotel with the idea of independent living. Come home, relax and be yourself. Business travellers - especially long time guests - have discovered this way to travel and this comfortable hotel living. Our guests appreciate the convenience of cooking for themselves.

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

All the comfortably furnished apartments come with a fully equipped kitchenette and some boast their own balcony with loggia. Apart from the listed facilities, you can look forward to a digital safe that can store 17”-screen laptops, a digital communication system with direct-in-dial and integrated voice box, and a fax and modem connection. Wireless internet access from Swisscom is also available.
We want you to start your day with a rich and delicious breakfast from our buffet. Choose from a wide variety of sausage- and cheese specialities, fresh fruit, "Mueslis", cereals and, of course, fine marmelades and jams. Delivery Service: If you don't feel like cooking and you don't want to go out for dinner, we offer a menue selection from our room service. You select and order the menue and the delivery service brings the food to the hotel entry, rings at your door and talks to you via intercom.
