Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 12:00 hours until 00:00 hours.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

19 % VAT is included. EUR 15.00 service charge per stay is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 8.00 per day.

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 9 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 3.

Please note, that the apartments have no reception area. Check-in and key collection takes place at the Hotel Pension Rheingold (Xantener Straße 9, 4th floor). The Pension Rheingold is close to the apartments. If your planned arrival time is later than 20:00, you should call the hotel in advance to arrange a specific check-in/key collection time. Contact information will be supplied in your confirmation e-mail. There is a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 15.
