The Bed & Breakfast "Hotel Kormoran" is located directly on the boardwalk of Zinnowitz, only a few steps from the sandy beach. The building has been restored in appropriate style.

Enjoy our delicious breakfast buffet each morning. During the summer, we serve breakfast on our sunny terrace. Within the surrounding area you find numerous cosy restaurants serving regional specialities.
By car: Arriving from Hamburg/Lübeck: Take the A20 motorway towards Rostock and exit at Gützkow, heading towards Wolgast. From here continue on the B111 to reach Zinnowitz. Arriving from Berlin: Take the A11 motorway and exit at the junction Kreuz Uckermark. Take the A20 towards Stralsund and continue until the exit Gützkow, heading towards Wolgast. From here continue on the B111 to reach Zinnowitz. Once in Zinnowitz: Upon arrival in Zinnowitz, follow the main road and turn into Möskenweg. Continue along the Neue Strandstraße until just before the beach promenade. At the Volksbank take a left into Dünenstraße and after approximately 30 metres turn right into the entrance of the "Strandhotel Preussenhof". You can pick up your key here. By rail: The station Züssow lies on the railway route from Berlin to Stralsund/Saßnitz. Here you can take the Usedom coastal train (UBB) to the railway station Ostseebad Zinnowitz. From Berlin direct connections to the island of Usedom are available, with times and frequency depending on season. We would be happy to organise a free shuttle service for you (subject to availability) bringing you directly to the hotel from the station. To make use of this service please inform us of your expected time of arrival well in advance.
