Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 14:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 12:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Extra Charges

3.6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs CHF 20.00 per day.

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child from 7 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged CHF 60.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Our own tennis court (sand) and the new Asia Spa with treatments, sauna, massage and gym (2500 square metres) is located just around the corner. Tennis court and spa are chargeable. The hotel is accessible for disabled people. The room doors are 75 cm wide.
