The restaurant Orson's Lounge&Bar and the restaurant ACE serve international cuisine with fresh, seasonal products, sourced where possible from local producers and suppliers.
At lunchtime both restaurants serve 3-course business lunches, which change every day, and a selection of the days recommendations.
In the evening the Orson's offers a unique dinner, while the smaller restaurant ACE serves refined Swiss specialities.
Both restaurants offer a wide range of classic and rare wines from the hotel's own wine cellar.
