The restaurant serves Italian and French dishes. The Swiss specialities such as cheese fondue, meat fondue Raclette and Rösti, are served in the "Carnotzet". The bar is in the style of a chalet and invites you to enjoy local wine or more elaborate cocktails. The kitchen is open from 19:00 to 22:00. The bar is open from 17:00 to 23:30.
By Car: Highway A9 - exit western Sierre - Crans-Montana. - Take the 1st and 2nd roundabout in the direction Sierre then the 3rd and 4th in the direction of Crans-Montana. - Cross the villages of Corin, Chermignon dâen Bas, Chermignon dâen Haut, Montana village. - At Montana village turn right in the direction of Montana (centre of pneumology) then at the roundabout turn left and follow the road to Moubra for 800 metres. The hotel is on the left. Several roads lead to Crans-Montana from Sierre or Sion. The easiest access by car is from Sierre, only 13 km. By Public Transport: A direct train goes from Geneva airport to Sierre (2 hours). Train from Zurich airport via Visp (2 hours and 40 minutes). From the station of Sierre, you reach Crans-Montana in 45 minutes by bus (Victoria stop or Vignettes) or choose the funicular (a small train), it takes only 12 minutes and you will arrive at 700 metres from the hotel.
