Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 15:00 hours until 20:00 hours.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.56 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. Internet via modem is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Deposit

30 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
