For the last 55 years the Pizzo Vogorno Hotel has been the point of reference for the village of Vogorno and all the visitors and hikers going through the Valle Verzasca.
After 3 generations, the hotel remains a family business, and Marzio and Yvonne Quadri have, for more 14 years now, been continuing to create a tradition full of passion and creativity. In order to improve what they had to offer, in 2006 the owners completely renovated the hotel, transforming it into a modern hotel with 30 beds. The hotel has received high recognition by getting the Quality Label for Swiss Tourism Q1 and also a GastroSuisse hotel categorization of C2. The hotel and the restaurant are open March through November. Marzio and Yvonne will be happy to have you as their guests in this corner of the world where you can find a pleasant and serene atmosphere.

The 15 rooms went through a renovation during the winter of 2006 and were all redesigned with taste. Offering plenty of light, they come with their own private bathrooms, and some of them also feature a TV and a refrigerator. Some rooms have been designed to receive families as they accommodate 3 to 4 beds. The hotel is adapted for disabled peoble and it has an elevator to all the rooms. On request directly at the hotel, it is possible to have a room with TV (at an additional cost).

The restaurant offers a healthy menu rich with secret traditional recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation, and a great selection of international dishes and specialities coming off the famous outdoor grill. Protected by the shade of the great plane trees and with the relaxing background sound of the fountain, the big terrace, which can accommodate up to 70 people, offers a very characteristic atmosphere during the warmer months. For cooler nights, the restaurant features a room for 40 and an adjacent bar area for about 20 people.
