The Amadeus Pension enjoys a favourable and quiet location near the Thermalstrandbad (Thermal Beach Baths) and the Rosarium of the popular spa town of Baden, only 24 km south of Vienna.

The hiking routes in the Helenental Valley are also easily reachable, making this B&B an ideal choice for cyclists and hikers (bicycles and Nordic walking sticks can be rented). You will enjoy a beautiful view of the city of Baden and the surrounding vineyards and forests. There is a big garden with chairs and deck chair, a cosy lounge and a breakfast buffet. A city bus stop is located in front of the door. We also speak English, French, Polish and Russian.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Deposit

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
