All 33 rooms and suites are furnished with antiques and materials, lovingly collected, from all over Europe. Guests can choose from the 19 unique rooms in the main house or from those in the annexe which are more Mediterranean in style. Some rooms come with their own balcony or terrace. A complimentary newspaper and bottle of mineral water are supplied daily to all rooms and suites.

The hotel restaurant is not only locally famous, but is also listed with one star in the Michelin Guide. In summer evenings the candle-lit terrace and floodlit trees create a particularly romantic atmosphere. An à la carte breakfast is served in the restaurant every morning and comprises an array of delicious choices. Stolper Fährkrug, only a hundred metres from the hotel, is a lovely 300 year-old tavern that serves specialities from Mecklenburg - Western Pomerania under the watchful eye of the hotel chef. In both restaurants only the freshest and best quality ingredients are used. The hotel bar is a great meeting place for an aperitif before dinner or a nightcap before bed. Apart from an impressive choice of beverages, a bistro menu is available here throughout the day. The vaulted wine cellar boasts a collection of vintage and young wines from all over the world.
