• You may check in from 16:00 hours until 21:00 hours.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.85 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Deposit

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 75 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. Extra beds are not available. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Payment Information: The remaining balance of your booking is requested one month before the date of arrival. Please note that a deposit of EUR 200 + EUR 50 for the cleaning is requested at the hotel. The cleaning at the end of the stay can be done by the guest or by the hotel at an additional cost. Opening hours: - From 08:00 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday. - From 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 21:00 on Saturdays. - And from 08:00 to 11:00 on Sundays. In case of later arrivals, please contact the residence in advance. For all stays of a maximum of 6 nights, hotel services (sheets, ready-made bed, towels, TV) are included in the apartment rate. For all stays of a minimum of 7 nights, hotel services are not included in the apartment rate.
