The family-run Hotel-Strandbad-Pension Eden is a traditional hotel in Baden, equipped with Biedermeier furniture and located directly at the edge of the Vienna Woods, near the picturesque Helenen Valley.

You can use the hotels own bathing cabin at the Strandbad (public swimming pool), which is only 100 metres away from the hotel. The new Roman Baths (Römertherme Baden) are also nearby.

From the station (100 metres away) of the Baden Railway (Badnerbahn), you get right into the heart of Vienna, to the State Opera. Baden's surroundings offer lots of possibilities for active leisure like hiking, wine tastings and cultural sights.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
