Our hotel is situated in the highest mountains in East Bohemia: the Krkonoše (Giant Mountains), which is popular for skiing in winter and hiking in summer.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 14:00 hours until 20:00 hours.
• You must check out by 12:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

9 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included.

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 5.50 per day.

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and costs EUR 7.00 per hour.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
