Park Avenir is a new, confortable and welcoming aparthotel, located in the heart of a brand-new business district of eastern Paris.
The Park Avenir Hotel Residence allows easy access to the Palais Omnisports de Bercy, the Cour Saint Emilion (a famous shopping district) and the national library Bibliothèque François Mitterrand. Many bus stops, tram stops, underground stations and suburban train stations can also be found in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
