Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 14:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 12:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.

Extra Charges

10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 22.00 per day.

Pets

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged EUR 50.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
