Accommodation is in elegant restored farmhouses which surround the 18-hole championship golf course, home to the Italian Open for 4 years and voted 'Best Golf Club' by respected golfing magazines. Extensive golfing facilities are available and the course is open all year round, 7 days a week.
Golfers are not the only ones who are well-provided for - everyone will enjoy the large swimming pool with Jacuzzi which offers spectacular views over the surrounding countryside and the fitness room complete with state-of-the-art equipment. The spa area, offering a wide range of relaxation and beauty treatments, a Turkish bath and an outdoor Jacuzzi is also popular.
The hotel's luxurious rooms are all spacious and decorated in typical Tuscan style, with direct access to the golf course and their own private balconies or garden areas.

The UNA restaurant, located in the Main Court overlooking the golf course, offers typical local dishes prepared with fresh products, respecting traditional Tuscan recipes. You can taste and buy a variety of wines in the well-stocked wine cellar. The UNA bar, with summer terrace, offers a selection of sandwiches and drinks to be enjoyed after a round of golf or a sightseeing in nearby Florence or Mugello.
By car: Exit from "A1" highway at Barberino. Follow directions to BORGO SAN LORENZO, and after the Castle of Cafaggiolo turn left, direction Scarperia and Mugello Circuit. After about 3 km turn left direction Gabbiano and UNA Hotel Golf Poggio dei Medici. Drive straight on until you find again the sign to turn right to the Resort. From Florence centre you can also drive the "Via Bolognese " road "SS 65". By flight: Florence Airport "Amerigo Vespucci", FLR, 30 km/40 minutes. Bologna Airport "Guglielmo Marconi", BLQ, 90 km/1 hour, 15 minutes. Pisa Airport "Galileo Galilei", PSA, 90 km/1 hour, 30 minutes. By train: Main railway station is Florence, about 35 km from the Resort. Nearest local railway station is San Piero a Sieve, 5 km from the Resort.
