CancellationsIf cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Important InformationPlease note that additional costs apply: It is compulsory to purchase a club card during the summer months for a small additional cost per person. Those staying for less that 5 nights and children under the age of 4 are exempt. The card covers entertainment, use of the tennis courts and ping pong tables and participation in the mini and junior clubs, weekly water aerobics in the pool and the communal barbecue. Please also note that although final cleaning is optional for the apartments, if the apartments are not left clean the hotel may impose a fine.
