Apartments are equipped with full kitchens and can accommodate up to 7 people. Step out of your room straight onto the beach. Part of the beach is public and as a guest at Dunelba you will receive a discount on equipment at the private beach, Tropical.

If you don't feel like a day by the sea take a stroll through the pine woods to the Aviotel Residence, 2 kilometres away. As a guest at Condominio Dunelba you can use all the hotel's facilities, including the outdoor pool, tennis courts, bikes, games room and TV room, as well as the children's mini club. You will also find useful amenities such as washing machines and dryers here.

Guided tours and airport shuttle services can be booked at Condominio Dunelba. You can also hire DVD and CD players, arrange for a massage in your room or have your shopping delivered direct to your door.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 18:00 hours until 21:30 hours.
• You must check out by 09:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

10 % VAT is included. EUR 20.00 service charge per person per stay is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Deposit

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children from 0 to 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 2 to 10 years are charged EUR 11.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 17.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Please note that check-in is at Residence Aviotel, loc. La Pila, 57034 Campo nell'Elba (LI), 2 km from the apartments. Apartments must be left clean; optional final cleaning is available at an additional cost. Final cleaning is obligatory for stays from 21st June to 24th August and 2nd November to 20th March. Linen can be rented on site.
