The hotel's restaurant, Dama Bianca, serves a distinctive à la carte menu. Situated on the ground floor, it offers various traditional Mediterranean dishes with an exquisite creative touch, in a discreet environment. The menus are accompanied by a refined wine list containing 50 brands, the majority of which are regional and national. Enjoy the flavours of the Gargano region: from wholesome bread, to olive oil; from homemade pasta, such as the typical orecchiette (little ears), to tomato sauce; and fresh fish, a true resource and speciality of the coastal towns. In Manfredonia typical dishes are the Ciambotta, a special dish made of mixed fresh fishes flavoured with a sauce made with olive oil, onions and tomatoes, and spaghetti with shellfish sauce.
