Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 14:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 12:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Extra Charges

10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day. Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 8.00 per hour. Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 8.00 per hour.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
