La Tana is located on the magnificent South Maratea coast, in a peaceful sunny area with wonderfully mild climate.
On oasis of pleasure and relaxation surrounded by unspoiled vegetation filled with the perfume of wild flowers in a territory of outstanding beauty. Nowhere else will you experience an indescribable medley of colours quite like this.
Accommodation to meet almost any taste is available all year round and the places to visit range from natural parks, to towns important for art and religion or renowned seaside and skiing resorts, enchanting scenery and mediaeval boroughs that bear witness to great civilizations of the past.

All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 26.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Hotel La Tana offers standard and Superior rooms (with a total of 80 beds). All rooms are furnished tastefully and have a private entrance with balcony and garden or terrace, private bathroom, phone with direct outgoing line, hair dryer, mirror with magnifying glass, central heating and Satellite colour TV, mini bar. Our Superior rooms also have in-room safe and air conditioning.
Our dining room seats 130 guests and has air conditioning and central heating. Friendly and efficient service in a setting which is both elegant, modern and comfortable; under the traditional guidance of the hotel owners, La Tana provides a cuisine of typical Italian foods, sea foods and specialties of Lucania whose excellence is confirmed by the best food guides.
By Car: - Take the A3 Salerno-Reggio Calabria motorway and exit at Lagonegro Nord/Maratea. - Continue along the SS 585 in the direction of Maratea Sud. - After 27 km, continue to Maratea Sud - Castrocucco and follow the signs to Hotel Restaurant La Tana.
