The Villa is located in the middle of a beautiful private park. Out of sight, the swimming pool and deckchairs are yours to enjoy without any extra charge. For your peaceful moments, the panoramic terrace offers a bar service until late.

No need to rush for breakfast, you can have it served in your room until 11:00 free of charge. At lunch time snacks, salads, sandwiches and a selection of ham and cheese are available on the swimming pool and/or on the terrace, where you may dine whilst enjoying a breathtaking view.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
