This recently-renovated, family-run hotel is located in the peaceful town of Marghera, just a 10 minutes' bus ride from Venice's historical centre and near the commercial centres of Panorama and Auchan.

Antica Villa Graziellal offers fantastic connections to and from Venice Marco Polo and Treviso airports, and is less than 1.5 km from the Milano-Venezia motorway exit. Moreover, the bus stop to Venice just 400 metres from the hotel.

Although the hotel does not have its own restaurant, a variety of pizzerias and restaurants can be easily reached on foot. During the spring and summer months, it is possible to enjoy breakfast in Antica Villa Graziella's small and picturesque garden, or sit under the shade of the pergolas and read one of the hotel's books or tourist guides about Venice and Veneto.
