Speraesole, Murta Maria (Olbia)

Our recently-built hotel is situated in the small village of Murta Maria on the SS 125 eastern coastal road, near Costa Smeralda Airport, the port and the centre of Olbia.

The hotel is just a few minutes drive from the beautiful Marina Maria beach, as well as being close to the popular beach at Porto Istana and within easy reach of a few other splendid beaches. The hotel offers a wide range of comforts including a large pool, a bar and confectioners, and a restaurant. Situated on the ground floor of the complex, the restaurant offers a Mediterranean cuisine with a choice of menus and a continental breakfast buffet. The Caffetteria della Nonna offers an à la carte menu with a wide range of international, national and regional specialities. The restaurant is also suitable for banquets and ceremonies.

• You may check in from 14:00 hours until 23:00 hours.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 3 to 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child from 3 to 5 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. One child from 6 to 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

From 13 July to 7 September all children up to the age of 5 years are charged a small fixed price (per person, per night). From 5 July to 1 August and from 23 August to 4 September minimum stay 3 nights. From 2 to 8 August and from 16 to 22 August minimum stay 5 nights. From 9 to 15 August minimum stay 7 nights.
