The French resort of Chamonix is just over the border and can easily be reached with a panoramic cable car ride.

During winter season the hotel may only be bookable for long stays or weekly stays.

Cancellations

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included.

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years are charged EUR 13.00 per night and person for cots. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

In cases of early departure guests will be charged 100% of the amount of the remaining period. From 19 December to 2 April, all guests older than 3 years must purchase a weekly Club Card (EUR 30). The Club Card includes a welcome cocktail, games, tournaments, evening dancing and piano bar, children's Mini Club for children from 3 to 12 years (09:30 - 12:00 / 15:30 - 17:30). If you stay for 3 nights or more you will also receive 1 free sauna session per person.
