If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Please note the swimming pool is open between 01 May and 20 September. Upon arrival you must pay a deposit of EUR 130, which will be refunded after inspection of the apartment. You are kindly requested to leave the apartment in adequate conditions, clean the kitchen and remove all garbage.
