Located near the sea, and close to Bari, Holiday Residence offers the ideal base for exploring the surrounding area, whilst enjoying a peaceful atmosphere.
Surrounded by tall trees, the residence offers privacy and picturesque views, which you can enjoy from the apartment terraces or the bar.
The property offers various facilities including mini-golf, tennis courts, swimming pool, open-air dance floor, reading room, meeting room, television room, a chapel and gazebos. Use of certain facilities comes at extra costs in August.
The property's farm produces it's own wine, olive oil, fruits, vegetables, and breeds pigs and chickens. Holiday Residence sells it's own products including wine, olive oil, jams and homemade liqueur.
Due to the rural location of the apartments, the owner suggests that you have access to a car during your stay.

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 3 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
An extra charge of EUR 26.00 per apartment is due for final cleaning and gas consumption. Please note that during August you will be charged a small additional fee (approximately EUR 12.00 for adults and less for children) to use Holiday Residence's sport facilities (e.g. pool, tennis, etc). For the rest of the year these facilities are available free of charge. Please let the hotel know your expected arrival time in order to arrange check-in. Check-in must be carried out by 20:00; please advise the hotel if you intend to arrive later.

The restaurant offers traditional, homemade meals. It is open daily, from 12:30 to 14:00 and from 19:30 to 21:00. The bar is open daily from 07:30 to 22:30. Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00. There is a small surcharge for having breakfast served in the restaurant.
