All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night and person for cots. All children from 5 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One further older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

An assortment of accommodation is on offer including double bedrooms and bedrooms for 3 or 4 people. The bedrooms for 3 people have 1 double bed + 1 single bed and the bedrooms for 4 people have 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed or double sofa bed.

Directions
By Car From the north: - Leave the E45 at the Foligno Nord/Bevagna exit. - When you reach the town centre of Bevagna follow the signs to Torre del Colle (about 4 km from Bevagna). - Pass through Torre del Colle and you will come to a Stop sign. - Turn left here towards Santuario Madonna della Valle. - Go over a small bridge, then turn left again. - Continue for about 900 metres, then turn right, following the yellow sign to Santuario Madonna della Valle. - Continue up the hill for about 3.5 km. - At the end of this road you will reach Agriturismo Poggio delle Civitelle (there is a sign in front of the gate to the property). From the south: - Leave the E45 at the Ripabianca Foligno exit (after passing signs to Todi and Marciano). - Follow the signs to Gualdo Cattaneo. - Once you reach the centre of Gualdo Cattaneo follow the signs for Via del Monte or Santuario Madonna della Valle. - About 5 km after Gualdo Cattaneo you will reach Agristurismo Poggio delle Civitelle (there is a sign in front of the gate to the property).
