Set in the Crete Senesi landscape, this holiday house is composed of 11 apartments, each offering panoramic views over the surrounding countryside.
Each apartment has been furnished in a simple and serene style to offer full relaxation during your stay.
Just a short walk along the street you will find a solarium with an 8x12 metre swimming pool, in the middle of a dream landscape, for you to unwind by in the warm Italian sun.

Rates include weekly supply of towels and bed linens: extra laundry changes are available at an additional cost. From 1 October to 30 April -Gas/heating consumption is charged at an additional fee.
Every apartment is furnished in a simple style and consists of a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, with air conditioning. The Il Melograno and Il Sole apartments are situated on the ground floor and benefit from independent entry and a relaxing area. The Il Gelsomino and Il Clicine apartments are located on the first floor and have entry by a central stairway. Each apartment enjoys a panoramic view.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate. A rich buffet breakfast is served in the breakfast-hall During the summer months, there is in an open-air breakfast, served from 08:00 to 09:30. Choose from home-made cakes, hot croissants, yoghurt, cereals, bread with butter and jam, orange and pineapple juice, cappuccino, coffee, tea, milk and hot chocolate. Just 3 km from the holiday house is a good restaurant specialising in fish and meat dishes. 7 km away, towards Siena, there are 3 restaurants/pizzerias, and 9 km away, in the direction of Asciano, there are many restaurants/pizzerias which the staff will be happy to recommend.
By car: From Milan / Florence: - Follow the A1 highway towards Roma. - When you arrive at Firenze, exit at Firenze Certosa, leading to the expressway Firenze-Siena (Fi-Si). - Pass all of the exits to Siena and continue to Arezzo/ Perugia (turn on the right) and Taverne d'Arbia-Asciano. - Follow the road in this direction for 8km (Sp 438). - Exit towards Santa Caterina. - After 50m, turn right and you will find the hotel. From Perugia / Rome: - Follow the A1 highway in the direction of Milan. - Exit at Val di Chiana, leading to the main road (Bettolle-Siena). - Exit at Taverne d' Arbia, in the direction of Asciano. - Follow this direction for 8km on the Sp 438 from the Santa Caterina Place. - After 50m, turn right and you will have arrived. From Grosseto: - Take the SS 223 Si-Gr, following signs to Arezzo. - Turn on the right in the direction of Taverne d'Arbia - Asciano for 8km (Sp 438). - When you are in Santa Caterina Place, after 50m, turn on the right and you will find the hotel. From SR2 (Ex SS2-Cassia): - Follow directions for Siena. - Exit at Siena-Bettolle, towards Arezzo. - Turn right towards Taverne d'Arbia-Asciano. - Join the Sp 438 at Asciano. - After 8km, turn into Santa Caterina Place, the hotel is 50m ahead. From Genova : - Follow the A 12 highway in the direction of Pisa. - Exit at Viareggio/ Camaiore and join the A11 to Lucca-Firenze. - At the exit Firenze Nord, join the A1 to Rome. - After 15 km, exit at Firenze Certosa, leading to the expressway, Firenze Siena. - Pass all of the exits to Siena and continue to Arezzo/ Perugia. - After the second tunnel, keep to the right and continue to Arezzo/Perugia. - After 2km, turn on the right in the direction of Taverne d'Arbia (Asciano). - Follow in this direction for 8km along the Sp 438. - Turn into Santa Caterina Place, after 50m, turn on the right and you will find the hotel.
