Surrounded by 7 acres of pine forest, the residence presents itself as the ideal base for exploring the region's beautiful nature trails on foot, by bicycle or on horse-back, and for visiting its many historical towns and villages.
During your stay you can unwind in the Novidra Health and Beauty Centre, connected to the hotel by means of a heated tunnel, or enjoy a drink in the comfortable lounge areas. The restaurant offers you the chance to sample local food, tailored towards a healthy diet and sound nutrition.

The restaurant offers a wide selection of local and national wines coupled with nutritious dishes created using local produce. The restaurant caters for vegetarians, and offers an alternative, light menu for guests attending the spa. Breakfast is available from 07.30- 10.00 and is included in the room rate. Lunch is served from 12.45- 14.00. Dinner is served from 19.45- 21.30. The bar is open 24 hours a day.

From Florence: - Take the A1 motorway. - Exit at Val di Chiana . - Follow the road for Perugia-Macerata. - Continue towards Foligno and from there towards Macerata. - After passing through the Colfiorito Valley (45 mins), the road becomes a superstrada (dual carriageway), continue until Caldarola. - Exit and follow signs to Sarnano.
