At Fattoria Varramista S.P.A you can sample homemade wine and olive oil, take a dip in the swimming pool, and explore the 400 hectare of private land, including a lake.
As you arrive at the Varramista farm you are greeted by an impressive driveway lined with oak trees. The entrance to the main villa dates back to the 16th century.
Take a walk around the garden and admire the Mediteranean plants and rare flowers. You will love the stone fountains and the large park with a pretty lake.
Mountain bikes and tennis equipment are available to rent. You can take part in a cookery lesson or wine tasting session. Fattoria Varramista S.P.A produces its own olive oil and wine.
Your spacious apartment is set on the ground floor and features satellite TV, internet access, and a fully equipped kitchen.

By Car: From Florence/Pisa: - Take the Superstrada (S.G.C) FI-PI-LI. - Exit at Montopoli Val d'Arno. - Follow the road to the roundabout, turn left towards Varramista, in the direction of Montopoli. - After approximately 100 metres, on your right, you will see the entrance to the estate (it is just off the roundabout). - Ring the bell and follow the tree-lined road to the reception. From the A12 motorway Genova-Livorno: - Exit at Pisa Centro (not Pisa Nord). - Join the superstrada SGC FI-PI-LI in the direction of Firenze. - Exit at Montopoli Val d'Arno. - Then, as above. From the A1 motorway (Rome-Milan): - Exit at Firenze Signa in the direction of Pisa-Livorno (SGC PI-LI). - Exit at Montopoli Val d'Arno. - Then, as above. From Pisa Airport: - Follow directions to Firenze and get straight on the superstrada FI-PI-LI (the entrance to the superstrada is near the rental cars outside of the airport). - Then, as above.
