Built on original foundations dating back to the early 18th century, the elegant Hotel Casina Copini, with restaurant, is situated in the medieval town of Spongano, in southern Apulia.
The hotel blends with the historic surroundings of the village, but provides at the same time modern and functional accommodation. All rooms are provided with a private balcony or adjacent to the sun terrace.
The Copini restaurant extends into the garden and offers a buffet-style continental breakfast. The main lunch and dinner menu features new interpretations of traditional Mediterranean cuisine, using locally grown produce.
