All of the rooms are decorated in an authentic rustic style, reminiscent of the region’s traditional farmhouses. The hotel's own on-site restaurant, Osteria Clo' Filomena, was originally built in 1954. The restaurant is renowned in the Bologna region, and particularly in the town, for its authentic local Crescentine, for its first courses and for its onion-based speciality dish. In addition, the restaurant offers a wide selection of traditional local specialities and classic Italian dishes using locally grown seasonal produce such as mushrooms and truffles. 2 of the restaurant's 4 rooms have a fireplace and the interiors are cosy with beautiful original oak ceilings and chestnut tables. The restaurant also has a large terrace with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. In the summer, guests can enjoy the restaurant's delightful garden and savour dinner under the lush green of the trees. The gentle trickle of the garden's stream and its illuminated waterfall provide a relaxing, restful accompaniment to an al fresco dinner enjoyed on a beautiful summer night.
By Air: The hotel is approximately 25 km from Bologna's Guglielmo Marconi Airport. Taxis are readily available from outside the airport. By Car: Take the exit for Modena Sud (Spilamberto), turn left towards Vignola and follow the signs towards Bazzano. Then head off towards Monteveglio and then Montebudello. By Car (from the Bologna-Casalecchio motorway): From the Bologna-Casalecchio motorway, take the exit for Maranello/Bazzano and follow the signs for Maranello/Bazzano. Once in Bazzano, follow the signs towards Monteveglio and then Montebudello. Parking: Parking is available for guests' use free of charge. By Train: The nearest main train station is Stazione Centrale Fs Bologna. From the station, take the Linea Suburbana on the Bologna-Vignola line (platform 7 Piazzale Ovest). Get off the train at Bazzano, which is 3 km from the hotel. Taxis are available to take you from the train station to the hotel.
