You can choose to stay in one of 3 different locations: Ponte a Nappo, a farmhouse with rooms and apartments in the valley, 900 metres from the city walls, Tortoli Palace in the heart of Cisterna Square, which features superior rooms and apartments and Il Borgo, with its standard rooms and apartments in the historic centre.
You can find the reception at the main building, Ponte a Nappo, in Via Vecchia 66, and enjoy various hotel facilities such as the swimming pool or fitness centre.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 4 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Arrival after 18:30 is considered a no-show. In order to check in later than the normal hours, you must contact the reception before 18:00 on the day of arrival, to make all arrangements. It is not possible to check in after 21:00.
