Bread, pasta, cakes and jams are all home-made according to traditional recipes. Meat and oil come from the establishment's own farm, situated just 1 km from the hotel.

The hotel's own restaurant occupies a striking ancient temple, which has been sensitively restored and now offers a beautiful and elegant environment in which to enjoy a wonderful dining experience. The chef carefully prepares the restaurant's flagship dishes, which are authentic local specialities from the Umbrian region. The comprehensive wine list offers a selection of Italian and international wines which have been specially chosen to complement your meal. Meals feature fresh ingredients, including olive oil and meat produced at Ripa Relais Colle Del Sole's own farm. Bread, pasta, baked goods and jams are handmade every day, according to local recipes and traditions passed down from one generation to the next. Please note that the restaurant is closed from 7 January until 7 February. The restaurant is also closed on Wednesdays throughout the year (excluding during public holidays and during July and August).
