Spread over 2 storeys, the restaurant has been created in what was once the stables, the barn and the hayloft. Its welcoming and characteristic spaces are characterized by a sensation of warmth, creating the ideal atmosphere for romantic dinners, birthdays and anniversaries or business lunches. The chefs pay great attention to the use of fresh products; meat, fish and vegetables are chosen according to the season, in line with a continued respect for the flavours and aromas of the great Veneto culinary tradition. As well as the grill, an enormous wood fireplace also houses a spit capable of serving up to 500 portions or a number of whole beef shoulders. An ancient and refined cooking technique has thus been brought back, which is unequalled in enhancing the flavour of meats. Wines are selected exclusively from amongst the best local and national production.
