Le Ville del Lido is a refined all suite-residence set only 10 metres away from the celebrated beach of Lido, 15 minutes from Saint Mark's Square by waterbus.
The residence features a swimming pool and a whirlpool, open in summertime, well-appointed suites with terraces or gardens, and a private parking lot. It is an elegant retreat with comprehensive amenities, immersed in one of the most enchanting island in Italy, Lido, famous as the home of the Venice Film Festival.
The beautiful surroundings are perfect for sunbathing and relaxation, but also filled with facilities catering to fans of a variety of sports. In the area you may practice tennis, football, equestrianism, golf, sailing, swimming, and wind-surfing, to name just a few of the options available.

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Suites are comfortably and functionally fitted. Each has a lounge area with a sofa bed and a small kitchen. Ground floor apartments have private gardens, and first floor apartments have terraces.
Arriving in "Venezia Lido" is not a problem: it is well postsigned. By Car: Motorway links: - A4 from Trieste and from Torino -A27 from Belluno - A13 from Bologna Road links: - SS. 309 Romea of Adriatic Coast - SS. 14 from Trieste - SS. 13 from Treviso - SS. 11 from Padova At the end of the bridge that takes to Venice you will find a sign "Tronchetto ferry-boat to Lido". The ferry leaves every 50 minutes and the journey is 35 minutes. By Train: The train station is Venezia S. Lucia From the Railway station every 20 minutes leaves a water-bus line 51 that quickly arrives to Lido (35 minutes) or line 1 if you wish a slow fascinating ride on the Grand Canal (1 hour ride). By Airplane: Marco Polo airport is situated 12Km overland and 10Km from Venice and is well connected with public transport to Venice (by water and land, and in Mestre Railway Station. The motorway link road inaugurated in 1991 connects directly Marco Polo Airport to the road network. In coincidence with the flights leaves a water bus that covers the journey in 40 minutes.
