Casa Landi, family managed guesthouse, is located in Castellina in Chianti, in the heart of Chianti Classico Gallo Nero region.
The rooms and the apartments are in the countryside, but the village of Castellina in Chianti is only 900 metres far, and a walking path permits to reach the village cutting the hill.
The position of Casa Landi is 600 metres rised on the sea level.
We have a beautiful swimming pool with sight on the whole surrounding valley and the Necropolis Etrusca of Monte Calvario.
The ample garden with games for children is ideal for relaxing all the family far from the noise of the great cities.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The double room has shared kitchen use and is equipped with all modern comforts. The standard double room features a safe, satellite TV, linens and a private bathroom with shower and towels. The kitchen comes equipped with all utensils, dishes and tablecloths as well as modern appliances such as refrigerator, oven and toaster. The room is located in the main building.
The superior rooms are new rooms with all the most modern comforts and air conditioning. These rooms have shared kitchen use with two other rooms.
These apartments have a private kitchen, which is fully equipped with all modern comforts, and also offer air conditioning. The apartments are located on a small hill overlooking a large garden.
From the North: From the A1 motorway exit at Firenze-Certosa and take the Superstrada towards Siena. Exit at S. Donato and follow the signs for Castellina in Chianti. A few hundred metres before reaching Castellina in Chianti you will see the sign to San Martino-Casa Landi: make the first left and follow the unpaved road for 300 metres. From the South: From the A1 motorway exit at Valdichiana and take the S.S. 326 Siena-Bettolle following the signs for Siena. From there take the S.S. 222 to Castellina in Chianti. Arriving at Castellina, follow the road until you get to a large crossroads and make a left at the sign for San Donato in Poggio. Follow this road for a few hundred metres until you see the sign to San Martino-Casa Landi. Make the first right and follow the unpaved road for 300 metres.
