The Magnolia Room is immersed in rich parkland and features: - One room with queen-size bed, - Fully equipped kitchenette - Bathroom with shower, - Furnished panoramic terrace (some offer a sea view). Ideal for couples, the romantic magnolia room is completely furnished and equipped with modern comforts. Here you will enjoy a furnished terrace and your own private garden. Please note: air conditioning is available on request at an additional charge. Alternatively, this room features a fan. Fresh towels are provided every 3 days and bed linens are changed on a weekly basis. Utilities such as electricity, gas and water are included in accommodation rate. Use of the shared washing machine (set in a separate area) is available at an additional cost.

Restaurants and Bars

The restaurant seats 12 persons and is reserved only for guests. Breakfast is served in an elegant room where you can enjoy music and aromatherapy.

Directions

Reach the south coast of Vieste, promenade Enrico Mattei, close to the resort Spiaggia del Castello. Go beyond Vieste and continue towards Hotel Pizzomunno, after 500 metres there is the camping Sant'Elia. Just past the camp site, at the first crossroads take the turn on your right, following the direction for the Hotel Magnolia. After the Hotel Magnolia, turn right at the crossroads and follow the direction Peschici litoranea. Go forward, over a complex of schools (L. Fazzini school). Soon after, turn left, following the indication Collina dei pini and Maresol villette. At the end of the climb turn to the right and park your car there. At this stage or from the sign Collina dei Pini, it is suggested that you contact the owner so that he will reach you as soon as possible for the check-in procedure. In case of need, stop in front of the Camping San'Elia make contact with the reception. The following guidelines should prove useful on your satellite navigator: Vieste-Via Masoliane (neighbouring road), near the Lorenzo Fazzini School. The school is located in 50 metres from the Maresol Bed and Breakfast signpost.
