The hotel retains traditional gastronomy, from "andrajos" (soup) to "gachamiga", "lomo de orza", "rina ran", wild boar and deer sausage, venison chops and stew, "cazorleña" trout or eggs. The area of Torreperojil and Bailen produces the best red vine in Andalusia. The "tapas" combine different styles of mountain cuisine on a small scale, and the area is filled with restaurants where you can taste exquisite delicacies.
Directions
The entry to Andalusia, from the North of Spain, is realized by Despeñaperros's Nature reserve, to continue up to Bailén, where we will take the N - 322, direction Linares and Úbeda up to Torreperogil. Here we will take to the right the highway A-315, direction to Foot of Calf, and from there for the A-319 up to Cazorla.
