Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 12.00 per day.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Access into the Thalasso Club is not permitted for children under 5 years. Children between 5 and 14 years must be accompanied by an adult and are permitted only between 11:00 and 12:00 and later between 17:00 and 18:00. Room with park view only admits 2 people.
