Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Please note that the Apartamentos Green Mar do not have a reception desk. Keys for the apartments are available at the office located on the road leading from Masos de Pals to Platja de Pals (Km 1.8; GIV 6502). Apartments may be occupied after 17.00 on the day of arrival and up to 10.00 on the day of departure. Apartments must not be occupied by any more people than the number booked. All apartments are cleaned prior to arrival. Rates include bed linen, water, electricity and gas. Heating is not included and a compulsory fee will be added between October and March (optional at other times). A deposit of 40% of the total rate will be charged once the reservation has been made, with the remainder payable at check in. Also at check in, a breakage deposit is payable for all apartments. This deposit will be returned at check out once the condition of the room has been checked. The property will not reserve the property for more than 48 hours after the expected day of arrival, unless the delay has been expressly notified beforehand. No reduction of the full rate will be offered to those arriving after the due arrival date. Photographs shown are representative of a kind of accommodation. Interior decoration may vary.
