Cancellations

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 37.45 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

The published rates for stays on the 31 December include a mandatory fee for the gala dinner held on these evening. Pets: Dogs are admitted for a charge of EUR 30, and a room with toy, clean-up kit will be provided. You will be provided with details about emergency vets, dog walkers, and other useful information about animal services in the city. Only dogs weighing a maximum of 15 kg will be admitted, and only 1 dog is allowed per room. Upon arrival, guests with dogs will be provided with a set of rules and regulations, which they will have to sign.
